dirty shower weak wi-fi

The room wasn't properly cleaned . On the third day, I found hairs in the shower and the bedsheets weren't changed despite me leaving a note. This lack of attention to cleanliness was REALLY disappointing. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and kept disconnecting, frustrating since I needed it for work. I had to rely on my mobile data, an inconvenience I did NOT expect!

I appreciated the upgraded suite upon arrival. It was unexpected. Breakfast had a lovely array of options. The location was convenient. It allowed easy access to the city center.

The check-in process at reception was a bit slow.

The room had some issues. Cracks marked the walls, a disappointing sight. The minibar was empty, which I found unusual for a hotel of this supposed caliber. It just detracted from the experience.

wide range fresh eggs slow reception rude staff

The breakfast buffet had MANY options, I really liked that they made fresh eggs to order. The hotel also has a gym. It features mostly cardio machines with limited dumbbell weight but it worked for my short stay.

The check-in reception was slow, and the staff was not friendly. Retrieving luggage from storage was difficult. I also felt they were rude.

convenient location quick walk self-serve snack easy transport

The location was super convenient. A quick walk from the train station made getting around easy. i loved that there was a tram stop right across the street, it connected us everywhere. we stayed on the 11th floor, my kiddo was thrilled watching boats and trams from the window. the self-serve snack area in reception was useful for quick bites.

i thought more late-night food options around the hotel would be beneficial, because it's a bit of a walk to find anything after a long day.

uncoordinated staff long wait

The location was great to boat cruise, train station and center of city.

I waited almost 40 minutes just to check in. The reception staff seemed uncoordinated, as if they didn't know what others were doing. Honestly, it was really frustrating. I nearly left the hotel without staying because of this issue
